Once upon a time there was a beautiful young girl name Rachel Fischer. She was attending BYU Idaho loving life. Then one day she was diagnosed with cancer. Hodgkin's Lymphoma to be exact. So she came home and had treatments to make her all better. After 12 rounds of chemotherapy, 20 rounds of radiation, many prayers, a lot of faith and a positive attitude, she was finally told that she was cancer free. Then the whole world rejoiced. During her time in cancer she learned many things and grew to be a better person. She documented her experience. But as her cancer came to an end, she realized that her blog must come to an end as well. She had to start a fresh new life and create a brand new blog to document her new life.
So that is the little background story on how this little beauty of a blog was created. It may be more for me than for anyone else, but that is okay. It may give you something to smile at for a brief moment.
I am determined to find all the things in life that help me realize that life is wonderful and that I have a marvelous second chance at life and I am going to make the most of it. I will my miss my old blog, but I will grow to love this one just as much. So if there is anyone out there that reads this, I formally introduce you to my blog. Blog, meet readers. Readers, meet blog. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and that you find the little things that make life wonderful.
If you were interested in reading my old blog, here it is: The Rachel Report. I think you will like it.
